[Policy Update] U.S. Tariff Ruling Temporarily Suspended – No Immediate Changes to Current Charges
On May 28, 2025, the U.S. Court of International Trade (USCIT) issued a ruling on a series of recent tariff policies related to "global, reciprocal, and trade-related behaviors." This ruling has attracted widespread attention and could have potentially impacted the tariffs on some Chinese export products. However, shortly after the ruling was announced, the U.S. federal government applied for a stay of execution, which has been granted by the court. During the appeal process, the original tariff policies will continue to be enforced without change.

current tariffs and other import duties and taxes;
Currently, there is no clear timetable for policy adjustments.
